12 Physical Pain Could Be Related to Emotional Pain.

Head: Headaches or migraines can be brought on by the stress of day-to-day life. If one gets chronic headaches, they need to take some time for themselves. not just once, but daily. Relieving the body of stress may help ease any head pain. 

  1. Neck: pain in the neck may show us that it needs to forgive. It may be forgiveness of another person or one’s self. 

  2. Shoulders: pain is a sign that one may carry a heavy emotional burden. Try to think of ways to solve this emotional problem or share the load with trusted friends or family. 

  3. Upper Back: Lack of emotional support. It may be one doesn't feel appreciated or holding back their feelings. Let it out. 

  4. Lower back: It is linked to financial worries. Try to sit down and focus on managing money better or it is time to ask for financial advice. 

  5. Elbows: Lack of flexibility in life as genera. One is resisting the natural changes that are occurring as part of life. Try shaking things up and going with the flow. 

  6. Hands: Pain in the hands linked to isolation. Try to reach out and hang out with friends or family more. 

  7. Hips: Fear of moving, change, and waiting to make a big decision could all cause pain in the hips. Make a peace with change or moving or a big decision. Stick to it. 

  8. Knees: Pain in the knees may mean that one thinks too highly of themselves. Spend some time volunteering and reconnecting with people who are on a variety of levels. No one is perfect. 

  9. Calves: emotional tension, stress, or jealousy maybe because of calf pain. It is time to let go of any big stressors in one’s life or dump the jealousy. 

  10. Ankles: Lack of pleasure and it means that one needs more pleasure in their life. Take some time to pamper yourself. Indulge a little bit. 

  11. Feet: Depression is linked to pain in the feet. It may feel hard to beat depression. Try a new hobby, adopt a pet, talk with a counselor, or try to find some joy in your life.
