Why are Calcium and Magnesium mg levels so low?

One of our products, Calcium & Magnesium, contains only 90 mg and 45 mg of calcium and magnesium, respectively. Do they appear to be too low in comparison to other calcium supplements available? The majority of them would say 1,000 mg! Yeah, I noticed that a long time ago when I was looking for high-quality calcium to aid my osteoarthritis knee that had undergone two ACL surgery when I was a teenager. When I was researching calcium supplement companies and making phone calls, I was astounded. I discovered Global Healing's Calcium & Magnesium* (formerly known as IntraCal). Let me explain why this calcium supplement is the greatest of them.

The important question is: where did they source their calcium? Calcium carbonate is a main ingredient on the market. It is now the most cheap calcium supplement on the market. They're made from rocks, limestone, marine animal shells, pearls, eggshells, and snails, among other things. It is not bioavailable and must be absorbed with additional stomach acid. It means that if you're taking a calcium supplement containing calcium carbonate, you'll need to give your stomach some extra acid to mix with it. Calcium citrate is the second most common calcium ingredient. To our bodies, it is an acidic type of calcium. We don't want to add extra acidity to our bodies as a result of the high acidity of the foods we eat on a regular basis, such as coffee, sugar, meat, and dairy. The purpose of supplementation is to provide support for our bodies' health, not to worsen it.

Calcium and magnesium supplementation has a high bioavailability. In comparison to other calcium supplements, our bodies are able to absorb and utilize the calcium orotate form up to 90% to 95% of the time. They are normally able to absorb between 20% and 45 percent of the energy. As a result, if you see 1,000 mg on another brand of calcium supplement, it suggests your body is absorbing far less calcium. Another method to tell if calcium and magnesium are effective for me is to see the results rather than feeling nothing after three months of supplementation. Menstrual cramps and muscle cramps were significantly reduced after taking Calcium and Magnesium in many situations, according to my customers. The majority of myself and my customers mention sleeping better, clearing their heads, and growing their nails faster than usual.

Vitamin D3: I can't stress how important it is to take or receive adequate vitamin D. Vitamin D aids in the absorption of calcium from meals and can be used to supplement calcium by up to 80%. I do not sell Vitamin D3 because I am still in the process of being tested, I only take Vitamin D3 during the winter months. You do not need to take a supplement if you are getting enough sunlight in a warmer climate, unless your blood results indicate otherwise. Here's a hint: If you have fair skin, spend 15 minutes in the sun on your arms and face. 30 minutes to an hour if you have a darker skin tone. Vitamin D is an important factor of our health, and it can affect our mood, depression, and other illnesses.
