Don't compare yourself to other people whether they're skinny or bulked up. They may or may not be healthy. Rather, focus on yourself only.
Eat a lot of whole green foods to support your body when working out.
Choose safety over pride.
Drink adequate pure water before and after your workouts; no energy drinks, Gatorade, or other artificial drinks should be consumed.. Coconut water is highly recommended.
Stretch, stretch, and stretch more. Especially, after workouts.
