Are you on a “Gluten-Free” diet or suspect that you have a “Gluten Sensitivity?”

In my 10 years of working with clients as a holistic nutrition consultant, I've witnessed a dramatic increase in gluten sensitivity. Pesticides were heavily sprayed on wheat and cereals, which, in my opinion, was the main reason. Glyphosate, a substance found in pesticides, is what causes gluten sensitivity. Switching to organic grains and pasta was undoubtedly one of the most effective ways to alleviate gluten sensitivity. On the other hand, there are other aspects to consider. It's fine if you eat gluten-free food as long as you maintain a balanced diet. There are far too many gluten-free products that contain rice. Keep an eye out for that. If they just say "rice," they're referring to a low-cost variety of rice. It's best to look for specialized rice, such as jasmine rice or brown rice. Alternatively, look for gluten-free options that include organic rice in their ingredient list. Detoxifying your body and cleansing your gut, kidneys, and liver may help you overcome gluten-related issues. Cleaning the colon and liver to eliminate toxins and provide those organs a break from the burden of digesting glyphosate-laced foods. “Detoxification and prevention are better options than trying to find a solution for your health issues.” - Rochella, CHNC

After you've detoxed your body, carefully reintroduce gluten grains like sourdough bread. In comparison to other types of bread, it is the healthiest and contains the least gluten. However, organic sourdough is highly recommended. It's because roundup insecticides have the least amount of glyphosate.
