Organic Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients: organic grass-fed ground beef or steak, organic romaine lettuce, and avocado. Sauce: 1/2 cup of organic coconut sugar, 1/4 cup organic ketchup, and 1/4 cup organic soy sauce.

The meat should be cooked before the mixed sauce is added to the pan over medium heat. Serve with the lettuce. Avocado on top is delicious!

*Wild-caught fish or organic chicken can be used in place of the meat.
